This is where the magic truly begins to happen. During this phase, our team fully develops every aspect of your home’s design, transforming the initial concepts into a thoughtful, cohesive plan tailored to the way you live. By January, we bring every element of the design together for a complete and thoughtful review. Our team finalizes all product selections, furnishings, & finishes while making any last refinements needed to ensure your home feels cohesive, balanced, and true to your vision. This is also an opportunity to revisit the design as a whole, confirm that each space flows naturally into the next, and ensure every decision supports both the beauty and functionality of your home.
Once the final design and project budget are approved, our team begins placing orders, coordinating with vendors and workrooms, confirming specifications, and carefully tracking production schedules and lead times. Ordering early allows ample time for furnishings, custom pieces, and materials to be produced and delivered while giving us the flexibility to respond to any unexpected delays. This careful planning keeps the project moving forward and ensures we remain on track for a seamless installation before the summer season begins.

February–April: All Hands on Deck
As products begin arriving and construction gets underway, your home truly starts to take shape. During this active phase, our team works closely with builders, tradespeople, vendors, and millworkers to ensure every detail is executed. We remain involved throughout the process, answering questions, clarifying specifications, reviewing progress, and making timely decisions to keep the project moving forward.
Behind the scenes, we coordinate deliveries, track outstanding orders, schedule installations, and confirm that furnishings and materials arrive at the right place and at the right time. With so many moving parts happening at once, communication and organization are essential. Our team keeps a close eye on the details, coordinates between everyone involved, and continually updates the project schedule so nothing is overlooked.

May: Installation & Final Reveal
Just in time for Memorial Day, we bring every final layer of your home’s design together through installation and styling. This is the moment when months of thoughtful planning, detailed coordination, and careful decision-making become a finished home.
