The Story

Nestled in Southampton, NY, this vacation home was transformed through a complete gut renovation for a young family seeking a warm and welcoming coastal retreat. The project included new bathrooms, flooring, a custom fireplace feature, and extensive upgrades throughout.

Designed to be both beautiful and family-friendly, the interiors blend warm woods, natural materials, and a palette of rust, tan, gray, and ivory. Custom millwork by Nieves Woodworks takes center stage, from the fireplace with illuminated shelving to the playful built-in desk and closet in the children's bedroom.

Thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort, this cozy hideaway was brought to life in close collaboration with FD Building and is a retreat the family will enjoy for years to come.
